Responders go on duty with a callsign and a department. The dispatcher sees every unit live on the board, creates or receives calls, and assigns units. Statuses and calls update in real time — urgent calls and panic buttons rise to the top on their own.

Yes. Through the citizen menu players create characters and vehicles and place an emergency call. It lands in dispatch immediately and flashes until a dispatcher opens it.

A lookup tool for dispatchers and responders: find a person (name, address, description) or a licence plate (make, model, colour, owner) in seconds — populated with your players' own characters and vehicles.

Yes, with guest access (Pro). You create a temporary link and share it; players enter their name, callsign and department and join dispatch straight away — no sign-up. The dispatcher assigns their role.

Create an account and choose 'Start your own community'. You automatically become the owner and get your own subdomain right away — including 1 month of Pro on us.

Every community runs on its own address: name.snowmeldkamer.nl. That keeps your community completely separate from all the others.

Two ways: you invite them by email (they get an invitation link), or a player submits a join request that you or an admin approves. Nobody gets in unannounced.

Owner, admin, dispatcher, supervisor, responder and citizen. On top of that you can grant individual permissions per member (records or the archive, for example) and set which departments and roles each member is allowed to pick.

Yes, you can sign in and register with your Google account alongside email and password. Sign in with Apple is coming soon.

With forms (Pro) the owner builds custom forms — a report, use-of-force form or statement, for example — and decides who may fill them in (by role, department or function). Submitted forms are approved or rejected by a supervisor, can be reviewed on the site, and are logged to a separate Discord webhook. Forms are for responders, not for citizens.

A tool for the dispatcher: pick a presenting complaint, work through the ABCD and complaint criteria, and get a suggested urgency (U0–U5). You apply it to the call as a priority in one click. It is a roleplay aid, not real medical advice.

For transport incidents you search by UN number, hazard identification code or substance name and immediately see the substance, the evacuation distance, the right extinguishing agent and the first measures. You can attach a substance to a call in one click.

Yes (Pro). With the Roblox integration, responders change their status live from inside the game — through a built-in dispatch UI (press M): go on and off duty with a department and role, panic button, request backup, and their assigned call with its live notepad. From the dispatch centre a dispatcher can broadcast an emergency alert that fills the screen for every player on the server. You get ready-made scripts to drop into Roblox Studio; linking is done safely with a personal link code and an API key you generate in Settings → Roblox integration.

For every call the dispatcher keeps a live notepad of updates. Everyone following that call sees those updates immediately, with the exact time. The separate log holds the automatic entries (status changes and the like).

Yes. From your user menu you choose System, Light or Dark. Your choice is remembered and follows you to other devices.

Yes (Pro). Connect a Discord webhook and calls, unit status changes and important messages are logged automatically to the channel you pick. Form submissions have their own separate webhook.

Yes. The dispatch centre, the citizen menu and the admin area are fully mobile-friendly, so your community can keep running on the go.

Yes. Every community is a separate, isolated environment. Other communities cannot see your data — this is enforced at the database level.

You start free: a full live dispatch centre, records and citizen menu, up to 10 members and 3 departments. Want more, then there is Pro at €4.99 per month: the Roblox integration, unlimited members and departments, guest access, your own branding, Discord logging, the archive and per-member permissions. Every new community gets its first month of Pro free; after that it simply continues on the Free plan if you do nothing.
