Roblox integration (Pro)
Connect your Roblox game to the dispatch centre. Responders change their status live in-game, go on duty with a department and role, hit the panic button or request backup, and see their assigned call with its live notepad. The dispatcher can broadcast an emergency alert that fills every player's screen. Ready-made scripts included.
Emergency calls from your players
Players create characters and vehicles and call the emergency number. The call lands in dispatch straight away and flashes until a dispatcher opens it.
Records: people & vehicles
Look up a person or a licence plate in seconds. Name, address, description, vehicles with make and colour — all laid out clearly for the dispatcher.
Guest access without an account
Create a temporary link and players join in immediately — no sign-up. They pick a name, callsign and department; the dispatcher assigns their role.
Roles, permissions & invites
Owner, dispatcher, supervisor and responder — everyone sees exactly what they should. Invite players by email or approve join requests. Permissions per member.
Discord logging & archive
Log calls, units and messages automatically to a Discord channel. Close calls and find them back, log included, in the searchable archive.

Triage support
Through a guided flow (presenting complaint + ABCD) the dispatcher determines urgency (U0–U5) and applies it to the call as a priority in one click.
Hazardous materials database
For transport incidents, search by UN number, hazard code or name and instantly see the evacuation distance, extinguishing agent and first measures. Attach the substance to the call.
